Please be respectful of the space, other tenants, and all shared areas.
All bookings are non-refundable.
All renters are required to carry liability insurance and assume full responsibility for any damages incurred during the rental period. The Studio Co. is released from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of negligence.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability around existing bookings.
For bookings longer than three (3) hours, a minimum of one week’s notice is required for any changes.
Missed appointments will be considered a no-show and will require a new booking.
Please take care of all props and furniture. You are welcome to move items as needed, but they must be returned to their original condition before departure.

Yes! The natural light studio offers four large Victorian-style windows. Plenty of light to fill the room. There are no artificial lights provided. I encourage you to bring your own if desired.
I've never been a fan of holiday setups (sorry, it's not my thing), but I may do something special for Christmas...simplistic, yet modern & chic!
Speaking of holiday setups, if you're planning to host a mini marathon of any kind, please refrain from using glitter. Glitter is not permitted in my studio. If glitter is used, the responsible client will be charged a cleaning fee.
Most furniture is neutral & not stain resistant, therefore, I do not allow food inside the studio. Drinks with lids are fine.
Cakes for cake smash sessions are allowed, BUT must be free of food coloring/dyes, otherwise they're prohibited.
Any mess left behind will result in a cleaning fee.
Please, pleaseeee be respectful of the studio. That's all I ask.

Can i bring food or drinks?
We kindly ask that you arrive no sooner than five minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to allow sufficient time for access. When booking, please consider arrival, setup, breakdown, and departure time. Be courteous to those reservations prior to arrival & departure.
how early can i arrive?
Within 24 Hour Notice for 1-2 Hour reservations. 3-4 hour reservations require a one week notice.
